It is, however an instinctive human trait used to signify dominance and prowess and not one that is likely to go away without somehow creating a utopian global society. Of course there may be instances when instigating the use of violence may be morally acceptable, perhaps if a group put up some kind of resistance to aid reaching those in need for example. If unprovoked the use of force or violence would be considered wrong, all too often global powers almost seem to use this threat to ‘bully’ smaller nations with or without good reason.
