How does Qphia work?

From a conceptual point of view qphia relies on building a community that encourages people to ask questions, and share philosophical answers to these questions with other community members.
Questions can be anything you like but answers should be philosophical, it is hoped that in doing this we may encourage more people to really think about the world we live in, ‘knowledge is power’ as they say, but awareness can be just as powerful, because if more people are aware we are in a position to act and drive positive change.
From a technical point of view qphia is built on a PHP based content management system (CMS) that uses a database to allow the exchange of ideas between community members, the specifics are probably a little beyond simple explanation, but we like to find positive uses for technology wherever we can and I like to think qphia is one of those.
