As social evolution treads it's path through time we will inevitably move towards a worldwide community of multicultural acceptance, it's true to say that people will still have disagreements and different points of view, but as 'different' becomes the norm and the global community becomes more open, acceptance will make way for indifference.

Unfortunately we find ourselves stuck in the long drawn transitional period between isolated cultures and true multiculturalism, and as society adjusts and finds it's feet, there will be the minority who will fight the pace of change.

Frankly, having watched the program the shallow nature of BNP politics were highlighted, there was no rebuttal, and no back pedaling because the BNP don't have valid arguments and their opinions have been voiced so publicly they would be pedaling with the brakes on.
With a little luck, those that voted BNP and watched will have seen the error of their ways, although I fear that many of those who may vote BNP would not have the wherewithal to watch Question time.

So heed the warning - apathy kills, it's just up to the real parties to give us something worth voting for.

In a perfect world, the BNP and Nick Griffin would never have gotten far enough to get seats in parliament and would be utterly powerless within politics and therefore less of a threat. They would be angry, bitter and ignorant men who the vast majority wouldn't give the time of day too.

However, as they have been given a certain amount of influence I think they should be questioned, publically as much as possible to display to the world, what a fool Nick Griffin is and portray him as a man who is deceptive and cannot even stand up for himself and what he spouts. Let us all see how weak the man is. The more discussion we can have, the more Nick Griffin is shown up as a coward and the more negativity shown to the BNP as they crash and burn in public debates and spotlight, the more people will recognise the idiocy of the BNP.
